RTI, as we know it is the right to information, was made for the citizens of India. Harsha had to use it when he was denied a passport for over two years without any explanation from the authorities.
Lodging an RTI naturally summoned the police to the consumer forum where he argued his case in court for six months and tasted victory. That was the beginning of the journey and now Harsha has filed for a range of causes. He helps the farmer whose loan has been withheld by government-run banks, people with land record statement issues, salary and compensation issues for laborers and pollution related issues. People come to him with great hopes as they believe, he will do his best to secure their rights.
